TLF Consultancy is a South African formed and privately owned company, based in Centurion, Gauteng. At TLF Consultancy, we firmly believe that the cost of health care can substantially be reduced if all abuse, fraud, over-supply and malpractice were removed.

The Company was formed by people that were in the Medical Aid Industry for many years and who gained experience in all the areas in Healthcare Administration. With technology, experience and an eye for fraud and abuse, the management team at TLF Consultancy soon became a household name in the Industry.

As the MD says, ‘Although we manage to recover millions of rands on behalf of Medical Schemes, the real value lays in future claiming patterns as well as the word by mouth warning to other culprits’. In the past financial year, TLF Consultancy recovered in excess of R 3 million in fraud collection within one Medical Scheme.

TLF Consultancy has just started a new Division that will open new ways and means of collecting money paid to Service Providers incorrectly. This is a brand new initiative and during the research phase, TLF Consultancy identified possible collections between 5.5% and 9.5% of total payments to Service Providers.
